I'd like to tell you the amazing stories of the people who trusted me with their energy, but I can't. That's all private stuff, but what I can tell you is something that might help YOU with your manifesting, readings, or sorting things out with your intuition.
Most people think they want a "general" reading and they are in denial that there isn't some question they want to ask, some specific thing they need guidance on and it's my job to help them ask the right question so they can begin to find their own answers. I don't have THEIR answers but I can give them tools, start them on a path, and give them insight to the energy around a particular issue.
So, I start a "general" reading by telling them to think of the reason why they are sitting in that chair in front of me, but ask them NOT to tell me. In fact, the less I know the better for me. Even if a person has a very specific, I always start a reading not knowing what that question is about.
At the end of the first part of each reading, I always ask "does this make sense to you?" and if they say no, I ask "really? There is NOT ONE question on your mind that you want guidance on? Surely, if there wasn't ONE thing on your mind, you'd be shopping at the mall or at the park right now!" then, BOOM! they say something like "Well, what I was really wondering is..." and there you have it. They did come for a specific reason, but were afraid to say it out loud. (hah - I knew it!)
Now that the reading is over, mostly, and now that I know WHY they are sitting in front of me, I repeat the reading, just as it was given the first time around, and ask "does this make sense now?" and it almost always does in a profound way for the client. Like throwing water on them, waking them up and giving them permission to think and talk about their secret question.
That kind of general reading (from my point of view) rarely gives a person a clear-as-a-bell prediction of their future, which is what most of them come for, but not what happens.
What happens next, is I teach them how to ask their own higher self for deep, clear, and meaningful communication by asking a good question. I'll show you how it works.
First off, don't ask either/or questions. If a client says "what I want to know is, should I move to Alaska or Georgia or stay here?", that's an incomplete request to the Universe/Higher self. The Universe doesn't do well with multiple choice quizzes!
The way to get the best answer is to ask yourself why do you want to move? What are you trying to get? Consider some possible "whys" of moving; I want to move to:
- have better health
- be more financially stable
- be happier all around
- find peace
- rest and restore my spirit
- find new vitality and energy
Do you see how the question changes and clarifies itself? Everyone of the reasons above may get a different answer.
You also have to put some parameters on it, to help narrow down the answer you are looking for. For example: should I move to Florida for my health......when? Maybe you should move, but you might get a NO response from a reading because the timing isn't right NOW if you are asking about better health, but maybe the move should be now if you are looking for more financial stability. Get it?
A good question might be: should I move to Florida in the next 12 to 18 months for my best possible health?
Another might be: Is moving to Florida now, going to give me the best possible health outcome?
Are you starting to get it?
Only 4 out of 17 customers formulated great, detailed questions before their readings, and for each of them, their readings were direct, specific and they quickly understood them enough to say to me "that answers my questions!" even without disclosing their private question to me.
The rest of the 13 needed guidance to be able to voice their question in the way that was most meaningful to them, and yet they still stopped short of filling in all the important details, especially the "why" did they want this or that. As we did the exercises of why/when/what do you want, it was like light bulbs going off as they found clarity in their questions and search for guidance. It also became clear that those questions were the hardest for them to allow to come to surface. Especially, this one: I want IT because I want to be happy.
So, when you are looking for answers, don't just ask "should I stay or should I go", instead ask "if I stay, will this be the best possible option for my happiness/health/prosperity, etc."
I hope you learned a bit about yourself today, and if you'd like a reading, please contact me. I just might be able to help you manifest your Best Life Ever!
